This is a Suitor from Amnesia: The Dark Decent Justine. They are the scariest god damn things I’ve ever seen. Where the first monster from the original Amnesia story line is kind of silly looking outside of the game, the Suitor just looks fucked up.
For most of the game I never got a good look at a Suitor because I’d be to busy booking it the fuck out of the room. That and looking directly at them causes you to go insane and makes your screen all wobbly and warped. Also, the noises they make are quite unsettling.
I eventually got a good look at it’s face when it was STARING ME DOWN WITH IT’S BLACK EYELESS FACE as I was HELPLESSLY TRAPPED IN A CORNER. That would be the last thing I could ever see, too. It’s cool that when you die in Justine, the games program terminates itself. There is no saving or backtracking. When you die, you’re dead.
One day I will beat Justine in one play through, but god damn it I’m losing my voice with the amount of screaming I’m doing. Damn Suitors…
